You will design and develop reliable data flows connecting Workday with critical external applications and systems.
The role offers significant technical ownership across the full integration lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through deployment and production support.

Accountabilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex integrations across the Workday ecosystem and external applications.
Build, enhance, and optimize integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
Work with Workday Core Connectors, web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and effective integration solutions.
Configure integration systems while ensuring data accuracy, security, reliability, and consistency.
Develop transformation logic, data mappings, validations, error-handling processes, and integration workflows.
Conduct unit, integration, regression, and production validation testing to ensure reliable deployments.
