Job Summary:
We are looking for a Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team to support customer deployments, proof-of-concept (POC) builds, and field testing for our modular IoT hardware ecosystem. In this role,



you will work closely with hardware built on the RAKwireless ecosystem (core microcontrollers, wireless modules, and sensor boards). Your main goal will be to own technical troubleshooting, build practical demonstrations, run field coverage tests, and create comprehensive technical documentation. Ultimately serving as a key technical resource and reducing routine operational dependencies on senior SMEs.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting & Support: Reproduce, analyze, and troubleshoot customer-reported hardware, firmware, and integration issues in lab environments.
POCs & Demos: Design, build, and deliver functional Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) and technical demonstrations using the RAKwireless WisBlock platform and related sensor/communication modules.
Field Testing & Deployment: Conduct on-site and field tests to evaluate wireless coverage, range, power consumption, and reliability across various deployment scenarios (e.g., LoRaWAN
