Your Impact
Build and enhance scalable full-stack applications that solve important customer and business challenges across the CX Platform. Design reliable,



high-performing systems and integrate AI/ML-driven capabilities to improve real-world product experience. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions in an agile development environment. Contribute to architecture, development, testing, and CI/CD practices to support efficient and reliable software delivery. Succeed in this role by delivering maintainable solutions that improve customer outcomes and help advance Cisco’s AI-enabled platform strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or PhD with 0+ years of related experience.
Experience with one or more of the following: Golang, Python, Pytest, SQL (preferably PostgreSQL), Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience with one or more of the following: microservices, Kubernetes, containerization, virtualization, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azu
