Key Responsibilities
•· Liaise with engineering and project management to ensure project due diligence is completed in time for RFP bidding (Geotech, Hydrology etc).
· Run estimates on project for input into financial models at various levels of maturity (high level estimates for future projects through to financial investment level estimates to determine project budgets).
· Read and review in detail bid proposals to determine appropriate contingency levels for bidder scopes vs scope of work requirements.




· Be the single point of contact for project estimates and be able to explain in detail how these were derived.
· Develop project schedules for development projects
· Participate in the site optimization process
· Liaise with wider departments to provide project expertise as needed (development with permitting, engineering with design etc)
