Maintain adherence to defined system controls for regional transactions.
• Conduct profitability analysis for procurement efficiency and major projects or investments.
• Manage statutory and internal audits to ensure compliance.

• Record all stone transactions in the books of accounts.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems for productive management of stone materials.
• Monitor budgets to ensure purchases align with approved production and business plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers, merchandising, finance, commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement systems to analyse key cost elements.
