Job description
Position Summary
The HR Technology Integrations Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's Workday integration ecosystem. This role ensures the reliable exchange of HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and third-party application data through the design, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Workday integrations.
The analyst serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in Workday integration technologies, data mapping, troubleshooting, testing, and process automation, along with a solid understanding of HR business processes.
