Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP PP and QM modules, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their manufacturing and quality processes, identify pain points, and propose effective SAP solutions.
- Perform detailed configuration of SAP PP functionalities such as Master Data (Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings), MRP, Production Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
- Configure SAP QM functionalities including Quality Planning (inspection plans, master inspection characteristics), Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and integration with other modules.
- Design and implement interfaces between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PM) as well as external systems.




- Develop functional specifications for custom developments (enhancements, reports, forms) and work closely with ABAP developers to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues related to SAP PP/QM modules, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, particularly in S/4HANA, to recommend continuous improvements.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively, communicating progress and potential risks to project stakeholders.
