Job Description
Accounting & Bookkeeping
· Perform daily and periodic bookkeeping activities for fund and holding companies domiciled in Luxembourg and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
· Process accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
· Prepare payments and coordinate the payment process in accordance with internal controls and approval procedures.
· Perform balance sheet and cash reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
2. Financial Reporting & Consolidation
· Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other applicable reporting standards.
· Prepare consolidation accounting entries and cons
