You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-architected ServiceNow solutions that improve efficiency and user experiences.
The role combines hands-on development, integrations, workflow automation, platform maintenance, and continuous improvement.
You will work across ITSM and other ServiceNow products while contributing to sustainable architecture and high-quality engineering practices.
Collaboration with stakeholders, code reviews, testing, incident management, and platform health will be central to your responsibilities.
You will also mentor colleagues and help introduce innovative, AI-enabled approaches to streamline workflows and business processes.

Accountabilities
Develop, test, document, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, features, and data migrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions that make effective use of the ServiceNow platform.
Design reusable workflow frameworks and identify opportunities to automate and improve manual processes.
Participate in code reviews, applying appropriate design patterns and maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and test coverage.
Execute test plans and support quality assurance throughout development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and other technology teams to ensure effective delivery across the full development lifecycle.
