Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented leader to serve as the Lead to manage Accounting Process Optimization within the Accounting & Tax organization. This role is critical to advancing the transformation of accounting processes through standardization, automation, and data-driven insights, enabling a more efficient, scalable, and controlled operating workplace.
Aligned with the POET (Process Optimization through the Enablement of Technology) strategy, this individual will partner with Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Technology to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that modernize financial operations.
The Manager will lead the design and implementation of optimized end-to-end accounting processes—leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies—to reduce manual effort, enhance accuracy, and strengthen internal controls. This includes driving efficiencies across key areas such as financial close, reconciliations,



analytics and reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
This role requires a strong blend of accounting or finance expertise, process improvement capability, and change leadership. Success in this position will be defined by the ability to influence in a matrixed environment, deliver measurable efficiency gains, and enable sustainable technology-driven process improvements aligned to Accounting and Tax priorities.
