What You'll Do
As an IT Software Engineer Manager you will be a core developer on INFOex,



BCG's custom-built case team data management platform and one of the most business-critical applications in the Digital Collaboration portfolio. INFOex combines a bespoke full stack application estate with native Microsoft 365 capability to ensure that case team folders and data adhere to our strict internal and external regulatory requirements, guaranteeing to our clients that we manage their information safely and responsibly throughout the case team lifecycle. You will build and maintain that platform: designing and developing features from inception to production, and keeping them dependable for the case teams and office staff who use them every day.
The work is genuinely full stack. On any given sprint you may be extending the .NET services and APIs behind INFOex, working in the React frontends, modelling data in Azure SQL and Dataverse, building or refactoring a Power App and the Power Automate flows around it, or wiring provisioning and lifecycle logic against the Microsoft Gra
