We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration and ETL solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Informatica, SQL, data warehousing, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica.
Develop mappings, mapplets, workflows, sessions, and reusable transformations.
Work with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS).
Gather technical requirements and translate business requirements into scalable data integration solutions.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Integrate data from multiple sources including relational databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Troubleshoot ETL failures and production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Optimize mappings and workflows for improved performance and scalability.
Implement error handling,



logging, restartability, and data quality checks.
Participate in deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
Work closely with data architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
Mandatory Skills
7+ years of experience in Informatica Development.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
Experience with Informatica IICS/IDMC is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and Data Warehousing.
Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
Good understanding of Dimensional Modeling, Star/Snowflake Schema, Facts and Dimensions.
Experience in performance tuning of Informatica mappings and workflows.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Positive understanding of SDLC and deployment
