ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager will support digital procurement transformation initiatives, Source-to-Pay implementations, procurement process redesign, supplier enablement, and change management activities. The role requires experience managing workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering procurement transformation outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring robust project management, process improvement, digital procurement, and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to support technology-enabled procurement transformation programs from design through adoption.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Procurement Transformation

Manage procurement transformation workstreams across Source-to-Pay, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
Support current-state assessments, process redesign, gap analysis, and implementation planning activities.
Prepare business requirements, process documentation, transformation roadmaps, and implementation deliverables.
Support future-state process design, governance setup, adoption planning, and benefits tracking for digital procurement initiatives.
Partner with business, procurement, and technology stakeholders to convert transformation objectives into practical delivery actions.

Technology Enablement & Implementation

Support procurement technology implementation programs across planning, design, testing, deployment, training, and adoption phases.
Participate in functional design discussions, requirement validation,
