About the Role

We're a growing company looking to strengthen and modernize our HR function. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage daily HR operations while also helping us build proper systems, policies, and a healthier workplace culture. If you enjoy bringing order to a function and shaping how a company works, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Build and document HR policies and processes
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and office culture
- Support performance reviews and structured feedback processes
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements





What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, ideally in a small or mid-sized company
- Experience setting up or improving HR processes (not just maintaining them)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, organized approach and the maturity to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA-HR is a plus)
