Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand the customer base.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and quotas, while fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels to maximize profitability.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to closing—ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and high conversion rates.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize sales processes and refine the company’s value proposition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product,



and Customer Success teams to align messaging, improve lead quality, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role (preferably within our industry/vertical).
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding organizational sales goals and successfully scaling revenue.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Robust analytical capabilities with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software to drive decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
