Ensure uninterrupted plant operations by responding to breakdowns, executing shift maintenance activities, and restoring equipment reliability in the shortest possible time.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead shift maintenance activities and ensure quick restoration of equipment during breakdowns.
· Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize production losses.
· Coordinate with operations teams for maintenance planning and execution.
· Monitor equipment condition and identify abnormalities before they become critical failures.
· Support shutdown and preventive maintenance activities.
· Ensure compliance with safety, LOTO, TPM, 6S, and workplace excellence standards.




· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with relevant experience in plant maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, shift maintenance, and breakdown handling.
