Key Responsibilities

Drive EHS Culture ExcellenceDevelop, strengthen, and sustain a proactive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) culture across the site through employee engagement initiatives, awareness programs, leadership involvement, and active management support.
Enhance EHS Awareness and Capability BuildingDesign and conduct EHS training programs for employees and contractors, promote best practices,



and implement innovative initiatives to improve safety, health, and environmental awareness throughout the organization.
Regulatory Compliance ManagementAdvise and support the Factory Manager and the site in ensuring compliance with the Factories Act, environmental regulations, and all other applicable statutory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental management.
Implementation of Corporate EHS StandardsPartner with the Factory Manager and functional leaders to effectively implement and sustain corporate EHS policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines across the site.
Operational Safety OversightEnsure adherence to all safety requirements on a day-to-day basis, monitor compliance through inspections and audits, work permits and provide support to the Site/Location Head during emergency situations and crisis management.
Safety Committee CoordinationOrganize and facilitate monthly Safety Committee meetings, track action items, and
