About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and manage Talking Head and Podcast video projects, ensuring quality, consistency,
- and timely delivery across short-form and long-form content.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio editing, and sound enhancement.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and sound effects to create engaging content.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver impactful videos.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Organize project files and maintain a structured editing workflow.
- Guide and support junior editors whenever required.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and social media best practices.

Required Skills:




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects:

- Video Storytelling

- Typography & Text Animation
- Social Media Video Editing (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Corporate Video Editing
- Knowledge of video codecs, export settings, resolutions, and frame rates
- Strong attention to detail and time management

Preferred Skills
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience with AI-powered editing tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, Descript, etc.)
- Basic understanding of camera workflows and production

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3-6 years of professional video editing experience.
- A robust portfolio or showreel showcasing corporate videos, advertisements, social media content, and motion graphics.
