Key Responsibilities
- Track daily batch progress, attendance, and trainer availability.
- Collect and document student feedback for ongoing batches.
- Assist in daily operations meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support batch scheduling and exam coordination.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze batch performance and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with trainers, students, and management for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
