Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Organize employee engagement and performance review activities.
- Support management in building the HR function from the ground up.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 3-4 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
