This is a high-impact account management role focused on growing and retaining a portfolio of North American SaaS customers.
You will own a $3M+ book of business, driving renewals, expansions, upsells, and long-term customer value.
The role combines strategic account planning with data-driven pipeline management and hands-on customer engagement.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Support, and New Business teams to strengthen adoption and revenue performance.
As a trusted point of contact, you will also manage escalations and help maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Success will be measured through Net ARR, renewal performance, expansion revenue, adoption, and accurate forecasting.

Accountabilities
Own and grow a $3M+ North American book of business, with responsibility for renewals, expansions, upsells, and overall revenue performance.
Use customer, account, and pipeline data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies for increasing product adoption and account value.
Consistently meet or exceed Net ARR, renewal, expansion revenue, and other assigned commercial targets.
Develop strategic account plans that address customer needs, adoption opportunities, renewal risks, and potential expansion paths.
Accurately forecast pipeline performance and maintain reliable reporting on account health, revenue opportunities, and key performance indicators.
Partner closely with Customer Success teams to strengthen customer relationships, improve adoption, and support long-term retention.
