Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement supplier quality strategies, processes, and standards.
* Lead supplier audits, Evaluate, qualify, and approve new suppliers.
* Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and quality metrics
and Ensure suppliers maintain robust quality management systems
* Review and approve supplier quality documentation including PPAP, FMEA,




Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
* Manage non-conformance reports and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
though 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Identify quality risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation
plans.
* Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives & Collaborate with
suppliers to reduce defects, improve process capability, and enhance product
quality.
* Lead supplier performance improvement projects.
* Create & edit internal and external complaints in SAP-QM & maintain the
documentation in SAP
* Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and
Logistics teams.

* Hands-on experience with a wide range of inspection and measurement
instruments
* Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including RCA, 7 QC
Tools, Six Sigma
