Recommend & implement ideas for efficiency targets. Publish periodic updates on these initiatives for effective reporting.
Ensure staff utilization meets required levels. Identify and initiate process efficiency to achieve FTE/ sustainable cost saving.




Identify and manage standardization and globalization projects, Work towards implementing the shared services model for Global DB2 Admin & Sysprog POD.Implement and monitor team-specific quality processes, ensure that PLA targets are met, BAU targets/project deadlines are met, contingency are planned.
Mitigate and record risks early to ensure minimal and/or no impact to project deliveries.Establish and maintain effective high-level relationship with business areas and identify areas of service improvements,
Monitor customer satisfaction levels through surveys, prepare and implement action plans and improve service levels.Demonstrate analytical and problem management skills.Motivate and develop team members across sections including specific attention to individual development or action plans as required to achieve business objectives and manage future growth of ITO Offshore DB2 DBA Team.
