We are looking for an experienced Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience (5+ years in OTM) to support both project delivery and pre-sales activities. The role involves solution design, client consulting, effort estimation, proposal preparation, implementation, integrations, and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:





Conduct requirement discovery workshops and provide OTM solution recommendations.
Prepare solution proposals, effort estimates, SOWs, and support RFP/RFI responses.
Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Freight Settlement.
Design and develop OTM integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, OIC, and middleware.
Create functional and technical design documents (FDD/TDD).
Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, and post go-live support activities.
Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process optimization
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle OTM Cloud/On-Premises.
Expertise in SQL/PLSQL, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of OTM data model, agents, workflows, and reporting.
Robust understanding of transportation and logistics processes.
Experience in solutioning, estimation, and customer-facing consulting.
