• End-to-end event ownership — Lead all phases of the event lifecycle, from planning and vendor management to onsite execution and post-event executive readouts with explicit ROI metrics.
• Communications — Manage all internal and external event communications, including team preparation meetings, customer invitations, announcements, and post-event follow-ups.
• Thought Leadership & PR — Identify and pursue speaking opportunities, panel submissions, and award nominations at key aviation industry events. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to position CAMP Aviate as a voice in the aviation technology space and build relationships with trade media to drive organic press coverage.
• Booth and brand experience — Partner with signage and booth vendors to design compelling physical spaces that reflect the CAMP Aviate brand and create meaningful interactions with aviation professionals.
• Logistics and inventory management — Coordinate all shipping, receiving, and storage for event materials — including signage, displays, promotional items,



and visual media — ensuring seamless logistics at every event.
• Reporting and ROI — Build and maintain an executive reporting framework that captures event performance, lead generation, and attendee feedback to continuously optimize strategy.
• Proprietary events — Manage and grow CAMP Aviate’s proprietary event program, including executive roundtables, customer offsites, and new flagship annual experiences.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years planning and executing events at industry trade shows or comparable high-profile venues, including booth builds, vendor negotiations, and run-of-show management.
• Proven ability to manage event budgets, tradeshow contracts, and vendor relationships from initial outreach through final reconciliation.
• Experience developing physical brand presence
