Requirements

LL.B. degree from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in legal work, preferably with experience in contract review and management.
Experience in legal review, drafting, negotiation and end-to-end execution of contracts.




Clear understanding of contract law and other applicable laws and legal principles.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage legal documentation and multiple requirements.
Ability to independently track contracts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution and closure of the end-to-end contract process.
