Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall strategy and direction of the hospital, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage clinical operations, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth through corporate tie-ups, accreditations (NABH/NABL), and PNL optimization.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
Job Requirements :
- 15-22 years of experience in hospital administration or a related field.
- Robust understanding of clinical operations, hospital administration, liaison work, profitability analysis (P&L;), EBITDA management.
- Proven track record in driving revenue generation through corporate tie-ups and accreditations (NABH/NABL).
- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and stakeholder engagement.
