Job Description – Logistics Executive (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day logistics and transportation coordination.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Plan and track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, delivery, and logistics documentation.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for material movement.
- Maintain logistics MIS, records, and tracking reports.
- Verify transportation bills and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for dispatches.




- Support overall logistics and supply chain operations as required.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain.
- Good knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with ERP/logistics software will be an advantage.
- Candidates available for contractual employment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,084.53 - ₹26,000.00 per month
