Store Manager – Raymond

Location: Mayakund, Rishikesh

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Handle customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Monitor store inventory, stock movement, and visual merchandising.
- Prepare and review daily sales and performance reports.
- Ensure proper store grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic administrative activities.
- Implement company policies and maintain brand standards.

Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably apparel/fashion.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and sales KPIs.
- Well-groomed and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Rishikesh, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
