Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

Prepare a target company list in Excel and send introductory emails to prospective clients.

Update the target company database regularly and share a weekly report with the Reporting Manager.

Prepare customized company presentations based on the prospects being approached.

Forward responses and email communications from prospects to the Reporting Manager for further action.

Track all sales activities, sales pipeline data, leads, and customer interactions.

Follow up with prospects regularly to build strong relationships and convert them into long-term customers.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Provide management with regular feedback on market trends, customer requirements, competition, and sales activities.

Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.

Regularly update sales and marketing formats in accordance with IATF and ISO requirements.





Coordinate and prepare requirements for domestic and international exhibitions, including catalogues, visiting cards, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.

Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.

Conduct telephonic customer approaches every Wednesday and Thursday and maintain proper follow-up records.

Prepare customized catalogues, presentations, and marketing materials as per customer requirements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
