Role Description
The Corporate Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new corporate clients, managing relationships with existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across car and bus rental offerings. The Corporate Sales Manager will engage in daily prospecting, lead qualification, and proposal development, as well as negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company guidelines.



The role involves close collaboration with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely service delivery, and high client satisfaction. The Corporate Sales Manager will also track sales performance, prepare reports for leadership, and contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives to strengthen Blue Drive’s presence in the corporate mobility market.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed corporate sales targets.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service, with experience building long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel locally for client meetings as required.
