Role Description
This is a full-time Architect role based in Mangaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, safety codes,



and sustainability goals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams, and reviewing designs for functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to oversee design execution, attend site visits, and resolve technical issues during construction. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, gather requirements, present design proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the organization.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
