Role Description
The Sales Advocate role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The Sales Advocate will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their business support needs, and present tailored service offerings across recruitment support, virtual assistance, accounting, digital marketing, and IT. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting product and service presentations, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivering clear and timely communication to clients, and providing feedback to improve sales processes and service offerings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and active listening.




- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, within a target-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance, share best practices, and help onboard new team members.
- Candidates should possess additional qualifications such as comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in B2B or consulting services sales, is preferred.
