Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with tour and travel bookings.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Provide support throughout the customer's travel journey.
- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:-
- 12th Pass or Graduate – both can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
