Job Summary

The Assistant to the Property Head will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Property Head and ensure the smooth functioning of the office and properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Head with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and official correspondence.
- Draft letters, notices, agreements, and other documents as required.
- Maintain important records, files, contracts, and property-related documents.
- Coordinate and follow up with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and site teams.
- Track project work and provide regular updates to the Property Head.
- Visit project/property sites as and when required for coordination and follow-up.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and assist with work orders.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Legal, Engineering, and other departments whenever required.




- Maintain vendor, quotation, purchase order, invoice, and payment-related records.
- Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the Property Head or Management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
- Ability to multitask and follow up effectively.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to visit sites as and when required.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; Administration, Commerce, or Management preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, property management, project coordination, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
