JOB DESCRIPTION CINEMA MANAGER

Location: Vizag

Experience: 5–10 Years in Cinema / Multiplex / Hospitality / Retail

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth show execution.
- Drive ticketing, F&B;, advertising and overall revenue performance.
- Manage manpower, duty rosters, attendance, discipline and team productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience.
- Monitor F&B; operations, inventory, wastage and cost control.
- Coordinate Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance and Technical teams.
- Ensure cinema hygiene, safety, security and statutory compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and operational escalations.
- Monitor daily sales, occupancy, expenses and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs,



service standards and operational policies.
- Lead the team during weekends, holidays, premieres and high-occupancy periods.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred.
- 5–10 years relevant experience in Cinema / Multiplex / Hospitality / Retail.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of operations, revenue, F&B; and cost control.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
