JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Head. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned brands and countries within the company. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer/stakeholder insights, strong campaign management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.



The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulating long term / short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
Exploring & developing new markets for promoting the products; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor to achieve market share metrics.
Driving sales initiatives & achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment and exploring marketing avenues to build customer preference and drive volumes.
Analyzing AIOCD, CMARC data of product and category and preparing tactical plans.
Preparing marketing strategies for promoting various Pharma Products in accordance with the plans of company.
