Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site execution and construction activities
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Monitor material usage, site safety, and compliance
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience
in construction/project execution
- Robust knowledge of site management and civil works
- Experience in hospitality, resort, or residential projects preferred
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
