Job Purpose:
To perform various assignments designed to improve the facility, assist in supporting the manufacturing operation and site infrastructure developments
Job Duties:
The Civil Engineer with 6-10 years of experience is required and will be responsible for managing and executing building construction activities, interior fit-out works, building and facilities maintenance, soft services supervision (housekeeping & gardening), and ensuring high standards of workplace organization through 5S implementation. The role requires solid technical knowledge,



on-site coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple facility operations simultaneously.
Degree requirement: Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant experience but should have a graduation in Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
A. Building Construction & Interior Works
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise interior fit-out works including carpentry, partitions, painting, flooring, ceilings, and finishing.
Prepare BOQ, estimate materials, labor, and timelines for project activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
B. Building & Facility Maintenance
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, civil structures, plumbing, and related utilities.
