Job Description: Specialist/Senior Specialist- Strategic Sourcing




Role Summary:
Provide sourcing value in the focused support of lower spend tactical purchases for the Canadian business, Corporate, and IT spend categories (including, but not limited to, group insurance and operations services, consulting, human resources, marketing, communications, finance services, Software, IT Services, IT Hardware/Products).
Identify and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Manages the execution of the sourcing process.
Focuses on the continuous improvement of various procurement processes.
What you will do?
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for commodities or services, negotiate contracts, and manage complex supplier relationships to ensure best-value procurement.
Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements, manage procurement budgets, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve cost-saving targets.
