Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to lead our client-dedicated finance team in Gurugram. This role combines strategic financial analysis with team leadership, encompassing comprehensive P&L; and balance sheet analysis, budget development and forecasting, and revenue trend identification. The successful candidate will create sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses, prepare executive reports for JLL leadership, and manage a high-performing finance team.

Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis • Develop comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operation leads, sourcing & commercial teams to achieve savings targets and cost reduction objectives • Create sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planning and scope change management • Monitor and analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and contribution margins to identify optimization opportunities
