Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and implement changes using lean six sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of operational improvements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process optimization.

Job Requirements :
- 19-23 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in business excellence, operational excellence, or similar fields.
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification or equivalent experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful process improvements that result in significant cost savings or revenue growth.
