The role will lead the India Integrated Campus Green field facility Project including design, construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, interior/exterior development, and commissioning of manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, corporate offices etc. The incumbent will manage end-to-end project execution from concept to completion, ensuring world class infrastructure and utility development practices, cost optimization, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What you’ll do:
Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage all infrastructure and utilities projects, including factory expansions and corporate offices, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Civil & Structural Engineering Oversight:



Coordinate with consultants on the design, construction, and commissioning of all civil structures, ensuring structural integrity and compliance.
MEP & HVAC System Management: Design, implement, and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC systems for manufacturing facilities, corporate offices, and specialized environments.
PESO Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) regulations and implement robust safety protocols, fire protection systems, and emergency response infrastructure.
Cost Management & Procurement: Prepare, review, and vet Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conduct cost-benefit analysis, and negotiate with contractors and vendors to optimize project budgets.
Interior Design & Space Planning: Oversee interior design and fit-outs for various spaces and manage industrial layout planning to optimize workflow efficiency and safety.
