AI & Transformation Responsibilities
β€’ Define and validate broadband operational workflows and AI use cases
β€’ Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and analytics-driven optimization
β€’ Support AI use cases based on CPE and Broadband Network Telemetry
β€’ Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Operations Teams
β€’ Validate operational data, telemetry, KPIs, and customer experience metrics
β€’ Convert troubleshooting procedures and SOPs into structured knowledge assets
β€’ Support UAT, stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and operational sign-offs
β€’ Define baseline KPIs and success metrics for transformation programs
