Accountabilities
Monitor and interpret real-time operational data, identifying trends, anomalies,



and errors across different sources and levels of severity.
Perform data corrections based on identified issues and maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.
Analyze real-time situations rapidly to identify potential risks and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Communicate with field operators and customers through phone, email, and other professional channels to clarify issues and coordinate responses.
Support project setup, project management, quality-control activities, and end-of-project reporting.
Follow documented operational processes precisely and escalate issues immediately when established procedures or risk controls require intervention.
Identify inefficient or ineffective processes, recommend practical improvements, and communicate recommendations to the appropriate stakeholders.
Use web-based applications for data presentation, graphing, analysis, data entry, and exception-based processing.
