Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship & Sales Executive to support our business development activities in the EdTech sector. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting customer acquisition.

Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with relevant sales or client-handling experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable information about EdTech services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.




- Assist in achieving monthly business and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to support customer requirements.
- Identify potential business opportunities through regular client interaction.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales, client handling, business development, or related roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer handling, or business development.
