Milk Procurement
- Planning, monitoring, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly milk procurement targets
- Supervising day to day operations at BMCs, village level collection centres, including weighing, testing (FAT, SNF, adulteration) and chilling
- Ensuring adherance to quality parameters
- Maintenance of BMCs, testing equipments, etc
Quality Chemist
- Conduct milk quality assurance activities, including sampling and testing of dairy products
- Perform microbial testing on milk samples to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures for dairy products
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-8 years of experience in food microbiology or related field (dairy technology)
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry (BSc) , Food Microbiology, or equivalent
