Role & responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.
- Prepare 2D working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations and ceiling plans.
- Create 3D designs/renders using relevant software.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved designs.
- Check quality, measurements, materials and finishing work.
- Assist with BOQs, estimates, quotations and cost-effective material selection.
- Resolve design and execution issues at site.
- Ensure projects are completed as per quality standards and timelines.
