Accountabilities
Proactively engage potential and existing VIP clients through phone calls, written communication,



and internal CRM tools.
Promote relevant financial products and services while tailoring conversations to the needs of high-value clients.
Apply effective negotiation and consultative selling techniques to convert prospects and strengthen long-term relationships.
Develop initiatives that improve client satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients through responsive, professional, and personalized account management.
Monitor client activity and behavior to identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and increased engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Requirements
Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Native or bilingual proficiency in Urdu and/o
