We're hiring someone who can hold two things in their head at once: what the experience should feel like, and what the system underneath has to do to make that feel effortless at scale. This role fuses UX, DX, UI, and software architecture into one seat — because in AI-native programmatic ad-tech, design decisions and architecture decisions are the same decision made twice, and we'd rather make it once, correctly.

The mandate

Build a programmatic ad-tech platform that is faster, smarter, and more AI-native than the incumbents — and prove it in the number that matters: RoAS above 3x for the advertisers running on our stack. Not a design goal. Not an engineering goal. A business outcome that experience strategy and system architecture both have to serve.

What you'll own

*Architecture for scale*
- Design the technical architecture behind a DSP, SSP, and Ad Exchange capable of real-time bidding at volume — low latency, high throughput, no compromises on either
- Make the hard calls on system design trade-offs as we scale: what to build, what to buy, what to defer




- Architect for a bootstrapped growth path — infrastructure decisions that scale with revenue, not against it, since we're not burning venture capital to buy our way out of bad architecture

*AI-native performance*
- Own the path to greater than 3x RoAS as an architectural and experience outcome, not just a media-buying one — this means bidding logic, targeting precision, and interface decisions all pulling in the same direction
- Understand the programmatic advertising business deeply enough to know where AI-native execution actually creates an edge versus where it's noise

*Experience strategy*
- Define how it feels to operate our DSP, SSP, and Ad Exchange under real-time pressure: dense data made legible, trust built through transparency, speed that feels earned
- Set a consistent experience precedent across our product ecosystem (Ravaki, Tejaki, Cogito, State of Ads)
